Managing Team Roles and Permission Groups
As your agency grows, protecting confidential financial records and client contracts is critical. CATTAB offers granular role permission groups.
Configuring Granular Permission Groups
Navigate to Settings > Team to configure permission sets across 7 operational modules:
1Projects: Permissions to add, delete, view, edit projects, and upload files.
2Reminders: Access to create, edit, delete reminders, and view to-do lists.
3Reports: Individual switches for sensitive financial and operational analytics.
4Teams: Authorization to add members, view CVs, and approve contributor ratings.
5Clients: Permissions to add clients, edit profiles, view directory, and delete records.
6Finance: Separate controls for viewing invoices, adding expenses, managing payees, and exporting financial data.
7Files: Control download, edit, view, and deletion privileges.
Inviting New Administrators and Managers
You can invite existing team members to access the workspace by entering their email and assigning their designated operational role.
Pro Tip
Linguists and external freelancers only need project and file view permissions, keeping your financial rate cards and invoice records completely private.
