Uploading and Managing Project Files

Keep source assets, glossaries, and completed deliverables organized in CATTAB without losing track of versions.

Organizing Assets in My Files

The My Files module breaks down storage usage across primary deliverable types: PowerPoint (PPT), Audio, PDF, Word (DOCX), Excel (XLSX), and Video files.

1Access My Files from the navigation menu.
2Review File Stat Cards for immediate storage breakdown by format.
3Use the Files Box repository to search, upload, or download specific records.
4Inspect the Recent Uploads panel for quick access to newly submitted client assets.

Attaching Files Directly to Projects

You can also attach source files directly inside individual projects so team contributors have immediate access to client briefs, translation memories, and guidelines.

Pro Tip

Always name files clearly before uploading (e.g. 'ProjectName_v1_Final.docx') for seamless client handovers.
